Cancer Survivorship: Optimizing Care and Outcomes

This is a great opportunity to participate in a Harvard Continuing Medical Education (CME) course. The on demand course will educate participants regarding the evolving evidence surrounding the unique medical risks and psychosocial concerns that cancer survivors face from diagnosis through long-term survivorship. Although the course is designed for Primary Care Physicians, Community and Academic Oncologists, Hematologists and other medical and surgical specialists, we also encourage Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Psychologists, and Social Workers who care for cancer patients and survivors to take the course.
